Most of this site, starting with late 2001, is based on my ongoing UH-18spw project. To see what this is going to look like, take a look at Universal Hovercraft and their front splash screen shows you what I'm trying for. My craft won't look exactly like that but it's well within the plan specifications. So far I've only deviated a couple places and those are noted right next to the pictures.
This craft can be built with or without the wings, and I'm making mine convertible from one to the other.
I've been concerned with cold-weather hovering safety for years now. I finally wrote a document that describes some of my advice in ColdHovering.pdf.
