This is Muscoda, Sunday. Starts at 5am, with the fog/sunrise pictures. I finally figured out that I can make the camera take a picture without a flash. I think these are cool pics, even if they're not "professional."
The yellow thing is Dean Pollee's creation. Quite cool. Very quiet. Centrifugal lift fan.

Boat ramp in the fog in the morning. Looks like there's nothing back there.

This is Mike Jacobsen's UH-13p.
Vince Dobeck's UH-13p

Ben Tilson's UH-12r.
I think this is Ben's UH-10f too.

Mike Jacobson's UH-10
The WindtMobile. UH-18spw.
Dean Polee creeping by silently.
This is another of my favorite hovercraft shots.
Mike Jacobson.
Bob parked on the grass for the night and the river dropped about a foot or two. There was a tree to either side and maybe 2 feet space between the wings, and he didn't want to chance hitting either tree. He also couldn't take it slow because of the WIG tail. So we got a bunch of guys and almost carried him off the ledge. He couldn't go around because the whole area was fenced off.

Doug Pendleton?
Dean's craft again. I was obviously fascinated. This was the best turned out craft of the whole show, and everyone geeked.
Centrifugal lift fan. This craft was made to run on one of the Great Lakes. (Lake Michigan?)

Mike Jacobson packing it in.
Ben Tilson packing it in.
Ben Tilson's craft. He had a PVC cover come off while running and it went through the prop. Also through the duct. This is the first time I've seen something like this. The guy who built this craft used some sort of ultra-thin plywood that hasn't got much strength. I can't believe this thing went through the duct. I've seen a wrench go through my prop, and it sailed off into the distance rather than going through the side.
