| During the process, I put the entire weight of the rear of the craft on
this cockpit wall, near the engine, and did so diagonally. This is not
really designed for much stress, and I should have known that. It's also
not taped or anything, so it's just epoxy and staples on there. I flipped
it by myself, and it's not heavy, but it's cracked. So I had to get epoxy
in there and some fibergass tape between the stringer and the ply, and
clamp it shut.

| I think this is when I really started to like the lines of the cockpit
a lot. I was so focused on finishing the bottom that I forgot what it
looked like, and when I flipped it over I was thinking of the Yellow
Dragon's shape. I knew I didn't like that shape much, but I was expecting
it today. I can remember thinking that I liked this a lot better then, for
the elegance of the lift area and the overall line of the cockpit.
