Here's a seat I started some time back, and now I'm finishing it.

The steering tube is only going to be there for a little while. The WHC2002 visiting crowd convinced me I need to get handlebars on here. I'll do that, and figure out how to get the trim wing working. After that, the bottom of the box will drop to leave just an inch or so gap between the box and the bottom of the seat, for cables to go through. Then the seat will get stronger and I'll be able to throw in lunch and maybe a spare change of clothes or a rain coat.
